Arrived at the resort at 9pm, after 3hra drive from San Juan. It was raining hard, and security met us half way to escort us all the way to the resort. fromt desk was closed (they usually go home after 6pm :( which I have never seen before) Security gave us our keys and took us to our room. The suite was spacious. This place is beautiful, clean and quiet. But only has 1 restaurant and they close at 10pm, not much to do after 10pm
Frank was a great host, he responded quickly and the house was spotless when we got there. It was in the perfect location for us, there are a couple of beaches only 8 minutes away. Also, there is a bakery about 3 minutes from the house called Isabela bakery you must try, they have the best pastries.
Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.
Overall I enjoyed my stay, the room was spacious and clean with it's own bathroom and it had a soft bed and great A/C, they don't have cable TV but they do have free Wi-Fi access, they don't have hot water but it didn't make a difference for me because it was 80 degrees in December and I welcomed the naturally warm/cold water, I recommend the place for people that want to experience town life (especially during the holidays) and also to visit nearby beaches, there are plenty of...
We loved our stay, swam at the beach and enjoyed strolling at sunrise. Angel got us checked in and settled quickly and when we created a problem Valerie helped out tremendously. Would love to come back.

Brian was a great host ! We were always able to communicate with him. He made sure we were comfortable with whatever we needed. Place was immaculate. Very modern. Love the royal blue decor. He definitely paid attention to detail. Room had everything you need. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next trip.
They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. This beautiful peace of heaven better than what I thought. I was in one of the Panoramic Suites and oh boy, what a beautiful view. Room impeccable, nice fridge, coffee maker, nice bathroom, overall a comfortable room.The property is so cute and the manager, she was so nice. We had a little chat when I was departing and they are planning to do great things in the next year or so. If you want to relax yourself in a clean and close to the ocean place, this is the spot. The location was amazing. We ate breakfast out on our own private balcony every morning overlooking the beach. We had a small issue, the microwave didn't work, and they replaced it within a few hours. Lovely place to stay!
