Our stay was wonderful. Not crowded at all. We felt as if we were the only ones there even though we weren't. The private dipping pool was amazing. There were also two other pools on the grounds. Plenty of hills and roads on hotel grounds for those of us who like to run. The rooms look exactly like the photos on the website. The chef will make your dish however you request it. Brian was a great host ! We were always able to communicate with him. He made sure we were comfortable with whatever we needed. Place was immaculate. Very modern. Love the royal blue decor. He definitely paid attention to detail. Room had everything you need. I would definitely consider staying there again on my next trip.
Arrived at the resort at 9pm, after 3hra drive from San Juan. It was raining hard, and security met us half way to escort us all the way to the resort. fromt desk was closed (they usually go home after 6pm :( which I have never seen before) Security gave us our keys and took us to our room. The suite was spacious. This place is beautiful, clean and quiet. But only has 1 restaurant and they close at 10pm, not much to do after 10pm
Very Calm Peaceful Neighborhood, Communication was Great and the House was Nice! Compared to other rentals, they only ask that you leave the kitchen clean, take out the trash and leave the key in the safe box. It was very easy to communicate any questions and everyone was very nice.
I didn’t take any photos of the place because we were mostly out sightseeing but the photos in the description are Very Accurate. I would definitely rent from them again!!!
Frank was a great host, he responded quickly and the house was spotless when we got there. It was in the perfect location for us, there are a couple of beaches only 8 minutes away. Also, there is a bakery about 3 minutes from the house called Isabela bakery you must try, they have the best pastries.
The outdoor space in the front and the back of the house is amazing. I didn't like that the jacuzzi was not working, it would have been nice to know that in advance, there are no other bathtubs in the unit. Other than that, the entire house looks exactly like the pictures. Our family had a great time, and we would certainly rent with them again.
We loved our stay, swam at the beach and enjoyed strolling at sunrise. Angel got us checked in and settled quickly and when we created a problem Valerie helped out tremendously. Would love to come back.

Great property. Food was ok. Staff was very helpful. Hot water for showers. Nice beach chairs and umbrellas to sit on the beach. The room walls/doors are thin. Could hear the lady next door taking on the phone and heard every word. Shampoo/soaps provided. Bed was comfortable. There were lots of kids in the pool always. Had a nice gym for the gym rats like myself! Would recommend.
