"Great location with many options for food and shopping. I felt safe in the area walking at night. Smaller hotel with rooftop pool and bar that wasn’t overly crowded. You receive a small food/beverage credit daily. My mattress was extremely soft and uncomfortable the first night. I notified staff and they immediately changed out the mattress. Staff were kind and helpful. My only issue was operating the thermostat - I couldn’t seem to figure out how to increase the temperature so ended up turning the unit off at times. Was informed by a local tour guide that the beach near the hotel is not the safest for swimming due to frequent rip tides but the beach itself was nice with beach loungers and umbrellas available for use. Overall a very nice stay!"

"This place was so wonderful especially as a solo traveler. Ur close to Old San Juan and the Beach and everyone is so helpful. The amenities were great and the whole hotel was well kept and clean. Will definitely be returning."

"The hotel is very nice. The pool is small. The room i had was small and dark. It didnt have enough light in the bathroom and the shower dont have a door!!!! First time I saw that. The room is dark."

"This resort was lovely. It’s right on the ocean. The beach is beautiful, the lagoon pool is amazing. There are always plenty of chairs and towels. At the beach there are people who set up your umbrella and chairs. I barely lifted a finger while I was there. My biggest complaint is the internet. They force you to pay $10 a day for usable internet and that is total BS. It’s 2026, and there is no excuse not to have reliable and free internet."

"Hotel was great, not as crowded as other reviews. staff was very helpful. Food came quickly. Drinks were great as well. Beach was amazing and there was always room on the ferry. I do recommend a rental car to see local attractions- specifically El Yunque."
