"The locations is amazing, the resort so well set out. We had the private pool option and it was fantastic. The journey down in the buggy. Lovely welcome in reception. However the aircon and hot water were not working on check in so the first night was pretty unbearable. We reported straight away & while maintenance came out they didn’t fix the hot water, brought a temp aircon unit & left it on the deck. However it’s a tale of 2 different teams - some staff were amazing & couldn’t do enough for you. Some seemed quite new and"

"Overall I enjoyed the sirayanne but it didn’t come without a few (small) issues. Starting with the positives: very clean, room was great, comfortable beds. Most of the staff were lovely. Food was generally very good. Spa was amazing. Negatives: One staff in particular was rather rude for no reason (front desk). They don’t provide free water at all, and 2 bottles was 14 dollars. The same front desk staff did tell us to “treat the maids well” and we may get free water. We tipped quite generously and didn’t get any, and in a 5 star at this price point in a place where it’s not recommended to drink the tap water it was a bit disappointing. Only other thing was quite a lot of kids. I didn’t realize it wasn’t adults only which is on me, but almost everyone there aside from us had kids with them so if that’s not your thing maybe avoid this one. Overall it was a great property and mostly good."

"Second time here this year. It is fabulous for families. Ismail in the Excursions Team is world class and simply the best coordinator of fun, adventures and excitement in and around Marrakech. One issue they have is that there are too many flies and wasps. Take a leaf out of other hotels and fumigate at night otherwise meals are a battle."

"Amazing service, nothing was too much to ask. The pool and spa were amazing. Loved the privacy of the cabanas but still regular drinks and food service. The breakfast was so delicious and loved the effort the staff made everyday. Our daughter loved the pony ride and the play area. It was great that it was so well catered to kids without being “kiddy” at all, you felt like you were still getting a luxurious adult hotel feel."

"What a wonderful day & night we spent at Agafay Camp! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. The service was faultless, & a special شكرًا must go to Atika and Emin, whose kindness & attention to detail were simply impeccable. There is such a lovely, peaceful, almost zen energy about the camp. It’s the perfect place to unwind & enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our deluxe lodges were spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was the cooking class, which turned out to be such a fun bonding experience for the whole family. The evening bonfire was wonderfully atmospheric, & breakfast the following morning was, without question, the best we’ve had during our time in Morocco! We left feeling relaxed, happy & very grateful for such a lovely experience. A truly memorable stay that we would wholeheartedly recommend!"

"I liked it here. Very family friendly, great waterpark. Food is pretty typical of such all inclusive. Restaurant had a BBQ out the back which had tasty options often ignored by most guests (they could make more of this)."
