Third time in this hotel, and as usual, welcoming staff, clean, and comfortable rooms, very decent breakfast , location is good, and easy access to old Madina "twenty minutes good walk" and the airport is a short drive, for tranquility and peace of mind I do strongly recommend this hotel

Great place to stay in Tunis. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel is really clean. The complimentary breakfast was a lifesaver before going out to do fun stuff.

This was a stunningly beautiful Tunisian Villa, authentically restored to its origins as a 17th century merchant's home in the heart of the souk. It was an authentic cultural experience with old world hospitality and modern necessities, free wi-fi and updated western bathroom. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they deals with guests like they are family member not a customer. The location good and safe. the break fast need to be upgraded by adding more items.

It’s a very nice historical place, beautifully decorated. Clean and quiet . The bed was very comfortable. Staff were nice as well. Breakfast was rather simple. We booked two beds and got only one. The room was too small to put in another bed. There was other bigger rooms, but we were not assigned for, despite that we made reservation a few months in advance. This was a bit disappointing.

I can't say enough about how perfect this place was. The location is absolutely perfect and I used the map and recommendations provided throughout my trip. I stayed in the Blue Room and the original tiles were beautiful. The breakfasts every morning were absolutely delicious. Every one of them could be on the menu at any top brunch place in New York City. The cat also made my trip. It never came into my room, but waited for me outside of my door every morning wanting a cuddle.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. SUPER clean, spacious, and it felt like a spa every day. Fridge allowed me to bring home snacks, and I could have cooked a bit if I wanted. Front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Water at reception was a great touch when I was in a pinch from being able to go to the market. Our stay at El Patio Courtyard House was truly exceptional and a highlight of our time in Tunisia. Ahmed was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. I love this place. Really nice environment and decoration. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. They speak English which was very important since it is hard to find someone who speaks another language besides French or Arabic in Tunisia. Location was also great right inside the Medina very close to the Zatouna Mosque. Great experience !

Hotel in the city center. I wish it had a bar. I do plan on staying again.
