I would give the hotel staff six or more stars if I could. They were so helpful in a variety of ways: they served a very nice breakfast every morning--they were friendly and quickly prepared our food; when the hotel lost power because of a storm, they did a great job of making dinner for hotel guests (regardless of the lack of power). A rustic hotel within the castle fort location of Baku with a lot of historic significance, however getting to and from the location with your bags is kind of hectic as there is no doorman or efficient way to communicate with staff to streamline your arrival.
