"Friendly staff, great food, and a fantastic location"

"Property was very clean and comfortable."

"Great location. Highly recommend"

"Beware, no communication, no calls, no messages, stranded had to book another hotel"

"We booked this because we needed somewhere to stay over Christmas to relax and settle for a few weeks. Mistake. 1. The room we booked was not what we got. We chose based on pictures provided and did not choose the basic studio because we did not want it. We were given the basic studio shown in the pictures not the “business” studio we booked. When I mentioned this to the agent (via translator) she said that they have no control over what images are shown. That’s factually untrue and just a cop...

"No housekeeping. No fresh towels. No fresh blankets and bedding. You have to do your own housekeeping and your own towels and bedding or pay extra for them to do it even though they told you all of them included and you paid for them. "

"Room was spotless, staff was friendly"

"My first time in Saigon, and I have such wonderful memories. This hotel is beyond compare. Fantastic amenities, impeccable rooms, first class service. But the best part were the people. Every single team member I met helped to make my stay so special. My advice to you is just come, stay here and experience it for yourself."

"The perfect getaway spot! Great food, great service, and great location"

"Helpful and enthusiastic staff, position, a very good and handy hotel to the airport. Good options for food all round the area."

"Great helpful staff, friendly make you feel at home. Nice rooms. Loved the free laundry machines. Truly a major plus"

"The hotel is brand new. Rooms were large and clean, service was great (they even gave us small gifts as we left), and the included breakfast was very nice. The location was also very central and it was easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again next time in Saigon."

"The staff provided superior service and the property is wonderful. I will absolutely book here each time I’m in Ho Chi Minh."

"Great hotel with pool and restaurants close to the airport."

"Budget-friendly hotel for short-term stays"

"Staff are very helpful! Recommended."

"Great location and very friendly staff!"

"Great hotel all the staff are so friendly and helpful they always seem pleased to see you and greet you with a smile. Location is great plenty of good restaurants and bars near the hotel and a 2 minute walk to the market. Good breakfast with lots to choose from and all very clean everywhere. Would stay there again when in HCMC and recommend to anyone"
