Wonderful hotel, super helpful staff, beautiful, quiet rooms and a lovely garden in the back where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. The fresh cooked breakfast is a nice way to start the day.
The rooms are very clean, the beds have cozy duvets and plenty of pillows. We were there in the winter and the rooms had heat and were plenty warm. Our room was up 2 floors of stairs, they also have ground level rooms (and stairs are the norm in Tunis). The sitting area outside our room was nice and...

The property was gorgeous - marble everywhere. The staff was extremely professional, accommodating, multilingual. I was surprised that the gym was not on par with the rest of the services, but you could still do what you needed to do.
The staff are very welcoming and friendly and they deals with guests like they are family member not a customer.

It was our fifth stay in this hotel over the last 3 years, and once more we have been very satisfied with the experience. As known, the overall situation in Tunesia is not very appealing but the hotel is coping very well with the difficult circumstances. Therefore, we continue to recommend visiting this place.
The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at, and I had a wonderful experience at the Barcelo Concorde Les Berges du Lac. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check - in to the cleaning staff and restaurant was delightful and eager to help. Third time in this hotel, and as usual, welcoming staff, clean, and comfortable rooms, very decent breakfast , location is good, and easy access to old Madina "twenty minutes good walk" and the airport is a short drive, for tranquility and peace of mind I do strongly recommend this hotel
The staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean. Prices are very reasonable. If you're driving, they have secure underground parking. And the breakfast buffet is very nice.
Lovely boutique hotel right on the sea near Sidi Bou Said and Carthage. Beautifully decorated, secure, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and local delicacies. Sana and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked wonderful. My room looked right out at the sea. Perfect.
