The property was gorgeous - marble everywhere. The staff was extremely professional, accommodating, multilingual. I was surprised that the gym was not on par with the rest of the services, but you could still do what you needed to do.

Our stay at El Patio Courtyard House was truly exceptional and a highlight of our time in Tunisia. Ahmed was an amazing host—warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. We arrived very late, and he personally waited up to make sure we arrived safely and were comfortable, which immediately made us feel welcomed and cared for.

The building was an example of fine architecture and well decorated. The room was exactly as advertised with a great view of the surrounding area. The most important part of my stay was the attention provided by Taieb the manager whether it was help with finding a tour guide or when a where to have breakfast everything ran smooth and I felt like my patronage was valued. Anyone staying at this property will not be disappointed.
This was a stunningly beautiful Tunisian Villa, authentically restored to its origins as a 17th century merchant's home in the heart of the souk. It was an authentic cultural experience with old world hospitality and modern necessities, free wi-fi and updated western bathroom. It was our fifth stay in this hotel over the last 3 years, and once more we have been very satisfied with the experience. As known, the overall situation in Tunesia is not very appealing but the hotel is coping very well with the difficult circumstances. Therefore, we continue to recommend visiting this place.
The property was beautiful. The food was amazing, but the staff, they were so incredible. I have never been to a hotel where the staff greeted me with so much sincerity and kindness.
