Honestly I have been all over Europe France Spain and Italy Portugal New Zealand Australia and have stayed at many so called 5 star hotels and have never experienced the level of care and hospitality that I was given at this 10 star hotel.

Tons of lodging options in Sapa, but this is a great choice for the savvy traveler. Close to the action (the lake is just steps away) but on a quiet side street, conveniently located between the town center and the always-interesting Sapa Market. The morning breakfast buffet had plenty of tasty offerings, and the folks at the front desk went above and beyond to help with logistics, recommendations, tours, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

The property isn’t ready to reopen after some remodeling, but Quan welcomed me and gave me a very nice room. He delivered meals to me and made sure I had everything I needed. I’m sure it will be fabulous, once the remodel is complete! I definitely recommend. (Note that the hotel is about 30 minutes from Sapa town, so, it’s great if you want peace and quiet, but you’re better off in town if you want any amenities nearby.)

Hotel was in a great location! Staff was super friendly really helped us when it came to booking treks and Fansipan excursion! View from our room was great! Only recommendation I have is better breakfast menu we would've loved to have a bit more protein before trekking. Fruit had fruit flies, fried eggs had egg shells, pho broth bland, french fries fried in same oil as everything else fried so tasted gross. Restaurant didn't seem open for any other meal so plan on eating out.
