"It was the best decision to book this hotel. We were here for the first two nights of our Vietnam trip and the whole team was so nice and friendly! Especially Jimmy was our personal hero. He planned every trip for us and booked trains, busses and so on. Doesn’t matter which time, we could ask him and he helped us immediately. When we came back from the north after one week we had to spend half a day in Hanoi again and they were so kind to store our luggage, we got towels to take a shower and got a free breakfast. This was by far the best stay we had in Vietnam. Thank you all so much. "

The staff went above and beyond—at one point, they even offered to take my wife by bike to pick up a pizza from Domino’s! That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi and close to everything you need. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety and thoughtful touches. For our early departure, they prepared a customized breakfast box, which was incredibly convenient. While the bathroom could use a little updating, the overall experience was fantastic thanks to the warm hospitality and central location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and easy access to Hanoi’s attractions. "

"This is a very friendly and helpful local hotel. The room is clean and you have everything you need. The location is good, you can walk everywhere you need to go in the Old Quarter and beyond. Breakfast is located at another hotel just down the street. If you want a local experience and not the corporate western hotels then choose the Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel! "

"The staff were amazing, very friendly and made us feel at home. They gave us local suggestions and it was easy to communicate with them while we were out exploring, via whatsapp. They offered us a free upgrade to a room with a city view which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast has lots of options; fruit, juices, meat, eggs, pho, dumplings, spring rolls etc. everything from check in to check out and laundry service were seamless."

"The staff are exceptional and go above and beyond to help make the stay memorable! Their English is better than mine. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff. The hotel itself is clean, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Despite being in the middle of old quarter they must have great soundproofing as the night was quiet. No regrets here and we’d gladly stay again. "
