This was a unique Beach Holiday experience. The property is arranged with private rooms accessing a central courtyard which gives a traditional Tunisian home feel. The host is amazing bring together locally sourced food for breakfast which again provide a true Tunisian “flavor” to our stay. We will definitely rebook.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. They were very welcoming, giving us a basket of fruit in our room to begin our stay. Our room was very quiet and had a lovely balcony that overlooked the promenade. The hotel was very close to the beach promenade, which we visited several times. It was also close to the Sousse Medina and the train station. If we go back to Sousse, we would definitely stay there again.l
It was a little difficult to find and you cant take a taxi to the location so if you have luggage you have to carry it through the medina to find the entrance which is in a small hidden corner. It was a little deceiving that it calls itself a hotel when its actually a bed and breakfast.

Everything was great In this hotel, hotel was clean and well maintained , staff were very supportive, also food was delicious, I really enjoyed it, definitely I will book again next time .
The only thing wrong (very minor) with our Superior Sea View room was it was too low down to maximize the view (we were on Floor 1) otherwise excellent.
The buffet, and drinks, were fresh, plentiful with a good range of choice - all in all excellent value.
Even I had some problems in the beginning, everything was settle and I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The Suite Prestige are great, I don't have words to describe the swimming pool, it is amazing. We had All In, the food was nice, the Hotel General Manager is always around especially during the lunch barbecue time. It was a great experience and we are looking for going back to Concorde Green Park Palace.
