In my opinion having to major roads around the property, made it unsafe to venture too far from the hotel by foot

Everyone except Adriana was very nice. She could have been nicer instead of being very rude.

This place is even more beautiful than the pictures! We stayed in unit 1508 and it felt brand new—super clean, stylish, and in a very safe area. I was nervous about booking last minute, but check-in was smooth. Irving greeted us and made us feel at home. Another huge plus is the location—you’re right across the street from a beautiful, modern mall with tons of great stores, cafes, and restaurants. There’s also a dog park directly across the street, as well as a family-friendly park nearby...

Located in a quiet place. Easy to move us for any place.

I love everything about your hotel, staff was excellent especially Andre' from the restaurant he works the evening shift he took care of us. Food was excellent. Kevin from reception did a great job and also yonnay the bellmen. Housekeeping always made sure we where good. I would recommend your hotel.

My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

Hotel was very nice and a great value. Clean and updated. Staff was exceptional. Wifi worked well (phone use only). Breakfast buffet was good. Neighborhood was a bit sketchy to the suburban USA eye, but seemed safe. Note that English was not spoken at all at several of the nearby restaurants. Would certainly book again.

My husband and I stayed at this property for my birthday, and it was a wonderful decision. Top notch service with great restaurants and proximity to many attractions. One highlight was the friendly willingness and capability of James to coordinate a last-minute private trip to Portobelo for us. Our booked excursion was cancelled at the last minute. We informed James and he made sure my birthday wish came true. We had a wonderful visit!

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.
