The young gentleman who works at the counter is super helpful. The older manager had no customer service skills and screamed us out of the hotel when we showed him our prepaid hotels.com receipt, saying it wasn't his problem and we must pay. Beware. Location was great for our summer holiday, we could hear the river outside our window.

The staff is very kind and the rooms are very well sized for the pricing. The bathroom is very big and the price you pay for the view is worth it.

View was amazing! Staff was very friendly and the hotel was close to activities but yet far enough away to make you feel secluded.

It would be nice if hotel customers could get a special price at the parking . We arrived on Monday afternoon , leaved on Wednesday morning , but had to pay parking for 3 days, that was expansive for us . Thanks.

We had a FABULOUS stay. Location and parking great. Loved they had a restaurant and bar downstairs. Family owned and they were all AMAZING. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. About 10 min drive from La Massana!! Loved it was a bit outside of the hustle bustle of the main city. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff were fantastic. Luis in the reception, Aroa and Diego from the bar and breakfast areas were helpful, friendly, and professional. We loved Andorra so much, we extended our stay two additional nights. We highly recommend Abba Xalet.

Great location, services and amenities!

Our favorite hotel in Andorra, quiet and a great value. The rooms are modern with high quality decor. The location is centric but hotel parking is limited and tight. Public parking is 2 minutes walk away and spacious. We stayed here numerous times and will come back soon.

At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. A day later I talk with a maintenance person if he could come up with a step for my best friend to step up into a rental van. Later that day he came by with a simple but great idea. He had...

Nice hotel located out of the hustle and rush of Andorra. Restaurant food was good and front desk staff was helpful. One negative thing that did occur is after dinner, we sat in the bar area at one of the tables. Not a soul approached to offer service, which we found to be quite disheartening considering the experience up to that point. After waiting 25 minutes, and simply being stared by the staff, we just went to our room.
