Excellent hotel, exceptional customer service, very accommodating and helpful, and great breakfast. There is a food court right below the hotel. Only 17 minutes from Luxembourg train station driving a car but the bus takes almost an hour.
The room was super clean. Comes with soap, towel, hair dryer, oset with hangers. Room service, too. The front receptioniat was very friendly and professional. It's located about 30 minuyes away from city center by bus. You don't hear a sound after 10pm on most nights. I recommend this place!!

Nice, modern, comfortable hotel, in general, as well as the room. Very attentive staff and even though we never tried the restaurant, the menu was varied. I was there for one night with my son, will definitely be back in a future visit to Luxembourg. Highly recommended.
This hotel was one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. The staff were beyond helpful. First, we got a wonderful tour of the hotel and some of it's history which was really awesome. Unique: Croissant, leftover from breakfast, were put in the lobby for all guests (incl. those who didnt have breakfast in their stay) passing by to help themselves. It is a move against food waste and great Italian hospitality at once! Loved the place!
We struggled to find a hotel in Luxembourg that looked reliable. The Novotel Suites was our "safe" choice and it was great. A/C worked in the heat wave. Everything was fresh, clean, even a bit space age. Three sinks, solid door to shower room. Hair dryer was the best in europe. Wasserkocher in room, but only small paper cups. Tram has been extended to the city and is free until mid Sept. Electric black out blinds and sound proofing helped sleep even on the road side of the hotel.
I booked this hotel because the offered parking. When I arrived to the hotel, there was no parking and I had to look for parking on the streets. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent.
