The apartment is not in the center, but it is very accessible with an electric motorbike or car. The owner is very friendly and answered and helped with all questions. The place is very calm and with a nice view.
Rebecca, who managed our stay, was a fantastic help, making our stay wonderful. She arranged transportation and assisted with some linguistic issues. The homestay was beautiful and clean and I look forward to returning some day
Overall it’s clean and modern; however, the room is very small for four people, no luggage space and difficult to move around. The bathroom divider was too small to prevent the toilet from getting wet while showering.
The owner was very generous to drop us off the airport when the cab was not available. The location was also very convenient to get to fireworks festival and food street.
The hotel is about 10-min walk from the city center. If I take the coastal trail, it would be 15-min. It is very nice that the hotel provides free transportation from and to the airport.
For the price, I would also rate their breakfast very good.
There are three issues of my stay:
1. A minor one - the bed is too soft.
2. A medium one - the phone to the outside (local calls) is not working. The phone to the front desk takes a LONG time to answer and it is likely no answer.

Stayed here for three nights while exploring Penghu. The location was okay and the place overall nice but there was a smell in the room of cigarettes or something and also we had trouble with the Wi-Fi. The area is pretty quiet and there was an ocean view from our balcony. A few restaurants nearby and a convenience store.
Overall stay was alright but we've to look for a new place if we ever return.
