This was my favorite stay in mainland China so far! The staff is incredible and the rooms are really luxurious for the price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Excellent breakfast. Location is not the best, but convenience. Just 15 mins to any city sightseeing point by cab.

What I like about it: 1) Offers free do-it-yourself laundry service on 8th floor. They have sigh up sheet for both washer and dryer. Two washers and one dryer. If the previous person doesn't come to pick up his/her stuff on time, you can call the front desk to have house-keeping staff come and pick it up to vacant either the washer or dryer for the next person to use. 2) Unlimited supply of bottled water - two free ones inside of refrigerator in each room. We stayed here last year and against this year. Great location next to the subway line as we took the bullet train to Xian from Beijing. We stayed at the executive room, so we have choices of breakfast at the lounge or downstairs at the buffet, great selection of breakfast menu, indoor swimming pool was awesome, both my 10 & 8 year olds enjoyed their stay here. There's a decent hot pot place across the street from the hotel in the mall, if you don't mind people smoking at the tables around...

FREE Breakfast is decent, the location is right in the center, and it also has self-laundry union which is great plus, it also provide FREE unlimited snack/ fruit (limited choices), and FREE limited coffee and wine choices daily, that was also a huge bonus. Very safe, friendly staffs, the room is updated and clean, overall great experience!

Very friendly staff, English speaking. Good-sized rooms and a washing machine available on the top floor patio. No dryer but there's a covered rooftop patio with racks and plenty of hangers. Also this is the neighborhood to stay in if you like good food, really can't beat it. Convenient to the city wall and bell and drum towers.

This hotel sets the bar for guest service. Before arriving I requested a taxi to pick me up at the airport, and was met outside the baggage claim. As soon as I entered the hotel an employee met me in the lobby, took me straight to my room, where we completed check-in. When I arrived, I was immediately met by Concierge Victor who helped me check in then escorted me to the Red Level floor. When we arrived I received excellent service from Oscar who showed me to my room. Next morning I was greeted by Michelle while eating breakfast. She ask me if I wanted eggs cooked to order & shortly later brought me perfectly cooked eggs over easy. Booked 2 nights in a Family room with my wife and son. Everything was great. The room was very clean, nice beds, fridge stocked with some free drinks. Breakfast was decent but could be a little better. Staff was excellent, very helpful, courteous and cheerful.
