Hotel is great if you are looking for a location to explore on foot with plenty of budget dining options."

"Hotel well maintained and in excellent central position for visiting Goree Island and African Civilization Museum. Breakfast was well provided for, staff helpful. Small niggle - though I booked a standard room it did say it came with balcony and it felt somewhat claustrophobic without one. I was too tired to mention this to staff on first day and as I had only booked for a few days I let it ride."
