"We found the resort to be a beautifully designed property with its excellent central pool system running down between the buildings. The food on offer at the buffet and individual restaurants was in keeping with a five star hotel. "

"Staff can be a bit bossy and rush you as you arrive to eat without consideration where you want to sit (e.g., in shade). Main complaint is that the toilets, showers, in-room lights didn't work properly. Finally, the noise level in the garden side rooms is incredible - amplified "fun" and shouting into microphones was ridiculous. Between the beach bar, Fitness, dancing, evening singing (of variable quality) were all overly loud and ran well after 11pm. Next time, I'll choose a smaller property without the cruise-ship type enforced, non-stop fun carnival atmosphere. The beach, sand and breezes are so lovely, but kept retreating from the noise! "

"Very nice hotel with beautiful grounds. We enjoyed every restaurant. Have to admit, we were disappointed at lunch time, as you had to change from beachwear to clothes to eat at restaurants, unless you ordered from pool/beach server and that would take 1/2 to 45 min to arrive somewhat cold or dry. Menu would only offer burger, hot dog or nachos. Very nice staff. Beautiful beach. "

"Ocean was not visible from our room unfortunately, my wife loved the spa, Staff was absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and always very curious. Room was always clean and stocked with drinks and snacks, beautiful rooms very comfortable."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay at The Finest Punta Cana. The reviews made me nervous but I’m glad I decided to give this property a try. We stayed in a swim up suite and it was perfect. What stood out during our visit was the customer service. The staff was excellent and very attentive. We saw Javier everyday and he made sure we were aware of all daily activities and he was very helpful and friendly with my entire family. Wellington and team at the beach was outstanding. He made sure we were taking care of during our cabana rental or at any seat we had on the beach. The drinks stayed flowing and food service was great. We highly recommend this resort if you want luxury and excellent customer service. The staff is the main reason we would return again. The food could use more seasonings but it was not terrible. I think they should have more salt and pepper available to use. The food pools were clean and my 8 year old had a blast and made friends. Pool chairs were easy to find. We are planning on coming back really soon. We came skeptical and left as family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"The beach was amazing. Staff was friendly. Everything is within a close walk. Lots of food options around the pool. There are bars everywhere. Wilkins was the best bartender, in our opinion. Lots of great entertainment throughout the day. They accommodated a late check out, even at near max capacity. Our only complaint was the housekeeping. There were a couple of days that they didn’t come at all. We had to request toilet paper and Kleenex. The days that they did come, we had to request face cloths and a bath mat. They would take them and not replace. Minor issues in the grand scheme of things. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. "
