My stay at Hasana Pu Luong was absolute perfection. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, The hot water and Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Note for late sleepers: the curtains are light to keep the room airy, so bring a sleeping mask if you're sensitive to the morning sun! The staff is adorable and super helpful, even with long-distance transfers, and their communication via WhatsApp is top-notch. The restaurant also has a great, extensive menu. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Getting to the hotel was easy thanks to their complimentary shuttle service, which runs about every 30 minutes and doesn’t require a reservation. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
