This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available.
The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. We had no problems with the cleanliness. We will probably return just for a spa day, we liked it that much.

Very convenient location with multiple modes of public transportation within walking distance and right outside the hotel. On one of the main streets for shopping and also very close to multiple tourist areas. Breakfast is much cheaper if you book through Expedia and included in the room rate. Breakfast options were excellent and a time saver in the morning instead of looking outside.

From the excellent manager on down - just everyone who works in this hotel is an outstanding professional. We have stayed at about 30 hotels on our current 5 week European trip and this hotel was the best so far. Beautiful hotel with great breakfast and many amenities! It was a residential building with an inner courtyard which has been covered. Some original elements were preserved. Very good service and friendly staff. Well kept property. On a very high end shopping street and very close to many sites. Their Lebanese restaurant was excellent. I would stay here again.
The hotel staff is wonderful; friendly, helpful. Each spoke perfect English. The food was fabulous, the patio nice and the bed comfortable. We had two unusual issues: first our shower stopped up then the door handle broke, but each item was handled quickly and efficiently with great apologies. The gentleman who carried our luggage refused a tip....said it was his favor. We felt like really welcomed guests and will stay there again
The hotel is located in the city center, where vehicle access is restricted, so it wasn’t possible to drive directly to the entrance. However, the hotel guided us to park at a near by parking garage and kindly assisted us with our luggage, which made the arrival smooth and stress-free.
The staff were helpful and being situated in the town square made it easy to explore the surrounding streets on foot, adding to the charm of our stay.

The hotel doesn't have a large, glamorous lobby, but it's beautifully styled and we really loved the amenities! Their breakfast was - hands down - the best we had for hotel breakfasts on our trip. There were a lot of options and the dining room was gorgeous. We used breakfast as our solo time since we had been traveling...

First, the location is amazing, easy access to all central Budapest sites and dining. The facility is at the very high end of what you would expect from the Four Seasons. Most importantly, the staff also exceeded our highest expectations. Check in was easy, Helen at the front desk was incredibly helpful throughout both of our stays, took a personal interest in making sure not only the hotel but our trip was amazing.
