My 2nd stay at this wonderful hotel - a home away from home. A car from the hotel was waiting for me at the airport. Carlos at the front desk remembered me from my stay back in March 2015. I was upgraded into the best suite in the house, with fresh flower arranagements as well as a balcony. The suite was clean and wonderfully maintained in freshness. Amazing! Brand new property with impeccable design and outstanding service. Loved the room decor and the huge bathrooms! The hotel restaurant has a great vibe and is delicious. Breakfast buffet was really good and great service as well. The location is perfect, looking out on the park and with tons of restaurant options just below the hotel or in walking distance.
Quiet rooms designed and fit for purpose - getting a good night's sleep for travelers. The hotel accepted our same day reservation and then called us as soon as they saw our 2nd night reservation come in from expedia - this is efficient and pleasing. The breakfast buffet is good with local treats as well as standard breakfast fare.
Excellent location. American consulate is just a block away from this hotel. Plaza Bolivar and Mount montrraasse are just 15 minutes from hotel. One of the restaurant I like the most is called "Hornitos" which is right next to AZ Hotel. Hornitos is open 24 hours and everything is cooked and baked fresh. They got wide variety of juices, coffees and pastries etc. Their menu is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for stay. It is only 13 minutes away from the airport as well.
A friend recommended this hotel and it is excellent. The rooms are spotless and very modern. Great facilities - a rooftop jacuzzi, spa, bar with live music. The staff have all been helpful. The theme of the hotel is all organic which is unique. There is a nice area for shopping and dining within walking distance.
WE HAD A VERY NICE STAY. WE NEEDED EARLY CHECK IN AND HAD A ROOM BY 10AM. THEY LET US STAY IN THE ROOM UNTIL 2PM ON CHECK OUT DAY AND WE USE THE SPA UNTIL 5PM BEFORE HEADING TO THE AIRPORT.

What i really love about the place was, ❤clean i love the view from my room,they always cleaning and they repect your privacy, smiling at all time, the food is great and healthy 😀😊... i love the early morning fresh juice 😀😊 and they have Room service FREE OF CHARGEI will be back again with my daughter and i know shw will love it... 💘😀😊
The staff was very attentive and friendly. The romms are spacious, clean and confortable. Complimentary shuttle to and fom the airport. Complementary breakfast. The area is walkable with shopping and restaurants.
The bed was super comfortable! Shower was lovely too. The airport shuttle runs once an hour, but it’s a close Uber ride from the airport if the schedule doesn’t work for you, Nice people and very smooth experience overall.
The staff was friendly and polite. The restaurant was excellent, they will try to do anything you request. Room clean and nice size. Close to a lot of restaurant and shopping. Very safe area
