Incredible breakfast buffet, kind and welcoming staff, clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed our two week stay immensely and being able to walk to many a place.

This is a hotel with a great location. A cute bar, clean fresh rooms, great views, and a friendly staff.

I needed a hotel for 16 hours as I waited for a second flight from the airport. I know the Tien Shan from meetings we had held there when I lived in Almaty but I had never stayed there. The staff were extremely nice (and speak English). The hotel is a renovated one and I suspect at one time was Soviet-era with broad hallways and a nice lobby. Staff is very friendly

This review is based on what to expect from a hotel at this price point. For what it is, was comfortable, clean, roomy, close to a couple of restaurants and did the job. A sign on the entry gate with the hotel name would have saved a lot of arrival hassles

It's pretty hotel in city center of Almaty. It's located near underground station "Almaty". A lot of bars and restaurants are near hotel. For extra money (5000tg) you can order very good breakfast.

Wonderful room. Shower was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Great night's stay.

If you tran or put front desk employee speak English will be great it’s a hotel mean lots off speaking English coming to the hotel
