Room was upgraded no charge and was very nice. Staff were friendly and the pool gave an amazing view across Ayutthaya.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful place. The staff were all so helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent and it was lovely to eat by the river. The room was outstanding and had everything we needed. Highly recommend this great place!!

It it by no means the most upscale establishment, but The Aiyara far exceeds its low nightly rate. We stayed there one night so we could see historic Ayutthaya before the day of our evening return flight out of Bangkok. The small one-bedroom condo was clean and had all the amenities, including a small kitchen to prepare meals. The fitness room is better than many luxury hotels I have stayed at. I had an unexpected weekend off and decided to come to Ayutthaya for the weekend. Most of the hotels were sold out, but this was still available. I’m so glad it was. The owners were so gracious and welcoming, helped me plan my day, and helped make all the necessary arrangements. Truly Thai hospitality at its best. I can’t thank them enough.

This hotel is awesome. The owners are extremely friendly, the breakfast is superb. It is a 3 minute taxi ride away from the middle of the city. Located across the street from some ruins, it is a nice escape. The community area is very well thought out, almost as if you are in a jungle hut...very nice. Very clean hotel that I have zero complaints about. Do not hesitate to book there. I am an avid review reader before I book anywhere. Will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Spacious room, very high quality, great deal.

It was great place to stay the hotel staff were very nice took us anywhere we wanted gave us maps and things to do. He set everything us for our tours and cab rides. The location is perfect also.

Manager Patty helped us tremendously after check out in finding another room due to the sewage fumes or odor coming from the drain system in the bathroom. The fumes weee so bad that it was giving my family and I a headaches and feeling of nausea and vomiting. But manager Patty looked for another room that is available for us to relocate immediately at the height of their hotel being busy. She was very professional and even showed me the new room herself to make sure that we are...

The rooms are modern and tasteful. People are amazing.

Great location. Easy street parking if the several covered spots are full. Laundry facilities n cat door as is a small 7-11. River side is so nice.
