My friends and I stayed at Mulberry a month ago and really enjoyed it. It was so nice and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. When we came back into Kathmandu, we went to another hotel. But we didn’t like it, so we walked over to Mulberry and asked if they had a room for us and they did! So we stayed there twice. Thank you to Mulberry!
Attractive, brand-new boutique hotel, on quiet street in very safe neighborhood. Close to nice cafes, restaurants, and shopping district. The area attracts quite a few expats who work in local NGO’s. Easy taxi ride to Pātan Durbar Square but you can also walk. Fifteen-minute taxi ride to Thamel and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Would stay here again over better-known and loud Thamel tourist neighborhood.
Perfect for one night stay between flights. The airport shuttle picked me up at KTM when I flew in from Pokhara and sent me to KTM at 5am the next day. The staffs were very friendly. My room was very clean.
