Very friendly staff. Hotel Manager Sabri was great, helpfull and very polite. Offered us his bus/train metro card. Helped us to visit volcana and other places.Great breakfast buffet.

the hotel has only 2 stars but plcaced in perfec location. the staff were great, supoterted always with smile to all we have asked. the room was clean and good space .wifi was good. brakfast was enouth.

It's situated in a vibrant and lively neighborhood, and we were just a short taxi ride from the center and all major points. Everything we needed was within easy reach.
A special shout-out to the people who work there. They were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, taking the time to help us and share local tips.
Staff is amazing and really helpful and the room was really clean and the housekeeping staff was great. Only thing missing in the room is a safe besides that amazing property
