"This hotel is a beautiful, clean, and friendly place to stay. The staff is incredibly helpful, and the rooms offer an amazing view of the surrounding forest/ Lake. If you’re looking to escape the city and enjoy nature, this is the perfect place for you. We were thoroughly satisfied with the service provided at any time. Every morning, we were served breakfast and coffee. We definitely plan to return to this establishment."

"Everything was excellent not only the food but the customer service from the waitress to the receptionist is the highest you can receive. I left today and I am already making plans for next year. The waitress name Sandra needs to be promoted- she made all the customers feel welcome- the young man cooking eggs is a top chef"

"The customer service at the hotel was excellent. I also enjoyed the nicely air conditioned room. The hotel is away from the hustle bustle of the center, but only 2 1/2 blocks away. The view from the restaurant is outstanding."

"Great hotel- cozy, safe and the rooms are recently remodeled. Organized a ride to the airport that was cheaper than an Uber. There’s an Italian restaurant downstairs. 24/7 security out front not that you need it- the city felt super safe."
