We stayed at the Palms for a night as Hurricane Beryl approached Belize. The property was lovely, but the best part was the wonderful staff- Angelee and Selvin were absolutely amazing! They helped us in a million ways, and always with great friendliness, even in the anxious hours before the storm arrived. Next time we go to Belize City, we'll definitely stay at the Palms!
The property is well managed and is in a central location next to the cruise ship docks and the Belize sign. The adjoining yoga, health and café center next door were very nice. Didn't have time for a class, but wish I did:)
I stayed for my birthday in February and I will say it’s safe, clean, and perfect for solo or plus one traveling! You’re about 10 minutes from the city but the owner has amazing recommendations for drivers, food options, and excursions that she helps with if you ask! If I come back to Belize definitely will be back!
An upscale hotel with an excellent restaurant and a nice spa. My massage was nice but not what I would consider truly professional, just felt a bit relaxing. The interior is done very nicely, both in the lobby and the restaurant. Service at the restaurant is slow. I gave this hotel 4 stars because cleaning staff forgot their washing rags inside my room when I checked in. It wasn’t a deal breaker but took a little away from the overall upscale experience.
This property was very well maintained. The bathroom can use acouple hooks for towels so they can be reused. They have an excellent restaurant with a great view from the rooftop. There is contructiong happening on an adjacent building so that cramped thing a we bit. Noise wss not an issue. The property has a store on the first level which has everything you may need.
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks during a business trip. My room was beautiful and overlooked the sea, equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Belize City, yet it's conveniently close to everything. The staff is wonderful and truly makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back!
This is an elegant old 3 story house built in the 1920's in a historical area of Belize City. The hotel has marvelous large verandas on every floor. You can see the Caribbean from the 2nd and 3rd floor. In the morning the bird song was lovely and we saw beautifu red and yellow birds.
The rooms were great, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the food at nearby Celebrity Restaurant was fabulous!
We loved our stay here. It was a last minute find & wished we could have stayed a few more days longer. Great location near airport for immediate paradise upon arriving into Belize or last days of paradise. Fantastic rooms, quiet, clean & very relaxing, private feeling with beach views & nature away from hustle & bustle. The infinity pool was a bonus too.
