Amazing! Our stay was perfect from check in, to complimentary drinks, to a clean & comfortable room, to a delicious full breakfast, to the wonderful garden tour. Everyone was genuinely pleasant, kind, & courteous. So far, this was our favorite hotel on our trip to Ireland. Thank you!
The property is just as charming as it looks in the pictures. Corcoran's Pod is cozy and perfect for couples. We loved the location as it is about half way between Killarney and Cork and we were visiting both. The hostess, Moira, and her sweet dog Poppy, were very welcoming and friendly. Would absolutely stay again if we get to go back to Ireland in the future!
One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever lived in: even the curtains did not feel dirty to the touch. Nice room, large bathroom, excellent situation in the town, nice view. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, firm but not hard.
The TV in the room was rather small, but I don't watch. Did not have the opportunity to try the hotel food.
The only small drawbacks: (1) the bedside lamp is no good for reading, but that's par for the course, (2) there is no ventilation in the...
Older hotel but upgrades are lovely and very modern rooms, lounge, sitting room areas. Clean Room was adequate space and bed was comfortable & pillows were extra plump and firm Very relaxing !! Staff are all so gracious and helpful ! Breakfast was cooked perfectly as ordered ! Nice garden room and grounds Great location & walkable to many attractions, pubs, cafes, shops. Will be back !!
Had a wonderful stay for 2 days 2 nights and 2 other families joined us for a one night stay.People of the hotel were absolutely lovely.Food was great. But the best part was on our last night we stayed in Bar area till about 4-5am.Nobody around but us 3 brothers drinking and the night porter Ryan. What a lad.Took care of us with drinks and sat down with us told us his story and we all had a great time. That lad at 4 am got up and went and made 3 drunk guys sandwiches and by golly were they more...
Absolutely stunning on every front. Do yourself a favor and book it.
Lovely cozy rooms, incredible food, wonderful competent and friendly staff, gorgeous scenery, convenient parking and beautiful forest walks adjacent to hotel grounds.
Wonderful Manor House... you feel like you are a wealthy Lord. Jackie was very hospitable. Zara was a lovely Irish angel and a great help to her dad. Enjoyed our stay.
Large rooms very considerate staff, food in the bar was good,no idea why this hotel only gets a three rating - I would score significantly higher than three stars. Great shopping for Irish produced clothing
Warm/welcoming staff;
Provided immediate assistance for car issue (alternator problem)
Always attentive to needs - e.g., provided electric adaptor for charging I-phone
Great room service - even provided after kitchen closed
Great breakfast, and attentive restaurant staff
Our visit to Ireland was made even better by our stay at the Seaview House Hotel. It's not your average hotel, but that was okay for us. It is surrounded by beautiful, scenic gardens. Bantry and Glengarriff are close by (5 miles) with little shops, restaurants, and boat rides available.
The people at Seaview House Hotel were very accommodating and very kind. Nice relaxing atmosphere.
This hotel had resort style amenities that we didn't expect, but thoroughly enjoyed! The night we arrived they were having a bingo and disco for the kids, which was very fun. They had mini golf and a full ropes course/zip line/climbing wall that was a really good value for the money. The kids really enjoyed this aspect.
We didn't take advantage of this, but they also had an indoor kids play area and a pool. Its a great value for travelling families with kids. They had a cinema and a bowling...
