"Stayed at Sheraton Hyderabad for a few nights and had a comfortable experience. Check-in was smooth, and Shruti at the front desk was especially helpful, checking in to see if I needed anything during the stay. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast had a good variety, and the location is convenient for Gachibowli and HITEC City. Would stay again."

All the restaurant staff is helpful and kind. I have stayed here a few times and I will always stay at this hotel when I am in Hyderabad. The management is fantastic here."

"The room I stayed in was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was surprisingly good as well. The check-in time mentioned on their website was incorrect (it's actually 2PM) so I was charged an early check-in fee, but the owner personally reached out to me and refunded this amount after I pointed it out, which I thought was a really sincere gesture. Overall, I found the staff unusually friendly, polite and courteous. Highly recommend this place especially if you're visiting Hyderabad for a US visa interview"
