Best hotel experience ever! The staff (most of them are expats) treated me like a king. They were nice enough to pick me up with their shuttle bus and gave me extra food for missing some meals. Hospitality is so great! I can't thank them enough. They went above and beyond for me. Staying inside the glass igloo as a hotel room is a dream come true. Time does go by very fast, so sleep less and just gaze at the roof as you are laying down. I'm literally the happiest person on Earth. Thanks...

We had an amazing stay. The staff is extremely friendly! Our car got stuck in the snow and we needed assistance getting it out. The front desk agent in the evening called a taxi for us and called us back to make sure that the taxi had arrived. The next morning the front desk agent Santeri took care of everything for us, arranging for a Polaris to help get our car out, calling us a taxi and keeping us informed along the way.
