The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.

We booked this hotel at the last minute after a change of plans in Switzerland due to the heat wave. We searched for a reasonably priced hotel that had good reviews of their air conditioning. Rooms are small but ask else great! Walkable to airport and to buses to go to city center.

There is something wonderful about getting back to your room after walking your feet off and looking out the window at . . . Lake Geneva, and sailboats, and just loveliness. The hotel was very clean and nice, close to the train station so you can zip into the city in a minute, close to groceries for water and snacks, close to lovely restaurants.

This is our favourite hotel in Europe to date. A lovely small luxury retreat. It’s a fifteen minute drive from Geneva airport. Stunning setting looking out over the golf course and mountains. This time we had a deluxe corner room and the views were spectacular. Staff are very friendly and professional. Restaurant is lovely. Solid hotel. The staff was friendly, room was clean, shower was great, balcony was nice. The glass water bottle provided to take fresh tasty drinkable water from the tab was lovely. The location is a little off the center. And the Expedia VIP service was nearly not existing. It’s more like a good 3-star hotel rather than 4-star. I liked my stay all in all.

I liked this hotel - small, clean, tastefully modern, quiet, an accommodating staff, and close enough to the main attractions that you can walk to them all. By the way, the hotel (like most), gives you a "pass" card for all the public transportation including the train to and from the airport. A good breakfast is available as well. Excellent value, staff were kind and helpful, area is great, across the street from a mall and easy access from airport. Only challenge was rooms were quite compact.

The hotel staff were friendly and knowledge about Geneva. The room was comfortable and clean with a great view of the train station.
