Poor build quality, views of unfinished villas, showers with hard-to-control temperature, and hot showers lasting only 2 mins. The staff, though friendly and trying their best, isn't at an international standard. Food quality was mixed, with some excellent dishes, while others were subpar--recommend reducing menu options to focus on their top dishes. Heavy mosquito and spiders in villas. "

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly and gave us all sort of great ideas for us take off on self guided adventures. We were stoked to rent the scooters ant the hotel - and explore the valleys.
