"Me gustó mucho el ligar, lo único malo y que creo no es algo que pueda importarles a todos es que la playa es de piedras y no de arena por concecuencia no puedes entrar al mar tan fácilmente por lo demás está perfecto para mi gusto"

"The property is small but very cozy and quiet. I love the sea view and sound from the room. It’s a family oriented , local owner. There no beach or sand to do your morning walk but that is this side of the country is. I enjoyed my stayed at the reef on the water."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Resort Mahahual! The location was perfect for us—very close to Majahual Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beach and then come back to relax by the hotel’s nice pool. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We especially appreciated that the cleaning staff always gave us a heads-up and asked if we wanted the room cleaned before entering. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed, including AC, a TV with Netflix and YouTube, and a functional bathroom with a shower and flushable toilet. The rooms and bathrooms aren’t the most modern or luxurious, but they were comfortable and had all the basics we needed. Breakfast was included every day, which was a huge plus! My kids absolutely loved the pancakes. We also enjoyed the drinks—especially the margaritas and beers—and had lunch and dinner at the hotel. The pasta was delicious! Overall, we definitely recommend this hotel. Just don’t book it expecting a fancy luxury resort. It’s a comfortable, clean, friendly place that was perfect for our family: a place to sleep, enjoy breakfast, relax by the pool, and then head out to explore beautiful El Salvador. For what we needed, it was great!"

"The infinitive pool was amazing!!! The temperature of the water was perfect, we were able to get in the pool and enjoy 😉 😎 The staff were so helpful, and nice, always ready to go above and beyond our needs, even without asking them, they had a smile at all times, the property was clean, and well maintained. We'll definitely come back"

"This resort was absolutely incredible. The hotel grounds are well kept and provide so much in terms of wellness. The views and offerings are great. The drinks and food are good for the most part. The only critique is that many of the servers in the general Resturant are not very attentive. The omakase was phenomenal though! But must be prepaid and books quickly. The beachfront room is breathtaking. The hotel is a bit of a commute from the airport and other attractions. But the commute isn’t very difficult if you’re renting a car."

"This hotel is the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge. Its very close to main attractions at La Libertad, like Tunco beach. The rooms are more than spacious, very comfortable and clean. The food is pretty good, and the staff always very nice. The views from the hotel are also very nice and what I loved most was that is ocean front. You can go to the beach at anytimes by just going a few steps out from the same hotel and then come back and take a swim or just relax by the pool. I would definitely recommend this place and plan to come back soon."
