Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. Great small hotel in happening area close to good restaurants and cafes

We only stayed one night but we had a very nice stay. The room was modern and clean. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was excellent! The best hotel breakfast we've had in Argentina. The made to order omelet was delicious.

Wnen I booked this place, i did so because there was a gym, pool, and massage available. I pictured my self getting massages and lounging by the pool. Unfortunately we took granddaughters age 18-22 and were running constantly. There are so mant places close by to see, restaurants that are fantastic, and all walking distance or short taxi ride. This hotel is centrally located in the Recoleta area, across from a mall and cinema and historic cemetary. Great restaurants are steps away. The rooms are spacious - really huge compared to European hotels. They are in the process of changing out mattresses, so be sure to request a room with a new mattress. With our lack of Spanish, we often asked the front desk to help us make a phone call, hail a cab, locate a laundry. They were always helpful, which made our stay very nice.

I had a very peaceful stay at this hotel. My room was on Floor 2 and faced a courtyard on the back of the property. The bedding was wonderful and I slept really well because it was quiet. I loved staying at the Hotel Pulitzer! It was in a decent location, the staff was so helpful and kind, even helping coordinate an antigen test for my flight back to the USA upon check in. They were kind enough to allow early check in and late check out as the room was available (it was winter) and I can’t stress how relaxing the bed, room and shower were after traveling around Argentina for 10 days. I highly recommend this property!
