If I could give this hotel a 6-star rating, I would. I have traveled a lot, but I had never received the level of attention and service that I received in this hotel. When I arrived I had some particular issues I needed to resolve. Since I was traveling alone and my issues dealt with a large parcel it was difficult for me to fix my problem by myself.
