"Très belle expérience générale malgré le fait que l,établissement est assez dispendieux pour la Roumanie -surtout le restaurant terrasse vraiment overpriced-mais personnel agréable, les valets-surtout Georges-très utiles et connaisseurs,une bonne source d,information. Une très bizarre règle pour la piscine avec des casques de bains obligatoires,je voyage énormément je n,ai jamais vu cela nulle part.invest in a filter. L,eau gratuite cela aide pour l,expérience avec les grandes chaleurs. ,aussi quand on appelle le service est rapide et très aimable. Bien situé pour visiter Bucharest et déjeuner bien garni. Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain alors bâtiment vieux possiblement.je recommande cet établissement."

"This place is SO luxurious! We stayed here for one night to catch a flight the next day. This is a 4 minute walk to the Preciziei metro stop, which means we were able to go from the metro stop (switch lines at Eroilor) to Gara Nord, then take the train to the airport! Don't do that during rush hour, but our Sunday morning journey was super pleasant and not too crowded. This is also a great metro line for a lot of tourist activities, so it's a great choice in location if you're confident with a metro. Check in was at a staffed front desk and they are certainly well-prepared for English-speaking tourists. The room itself was huge, way more impressive than I thought, and extremely clean. We had dinner on the balcony which felt very secure and safe (unlike other rickety balconies I've experienced). The room had a big AC unit which worked really well, even in the June 2026 heat wave. It does have that thing where you put the card key in a slot by the door to turn on the lights and AC in the room, which means everything turns off when you leave. This obviously makes sense, but I selfishly wanted the AC to keep running while we grabbed a food delivery. Not a big deal, and the alternative would be wasteful. This was really one of, if not THE nicest hotel rooms I've stayed in. We didn't use any of the other amenities there like the pool or breakfast, but honestly the room alone is worth it."

"The hotel offered good value for money, it was clean with helpful staff, in a safe area not too far from city center. The food at the restaurant was good, but we didn't eat there often since we liked to go out. The parking in the area was a problem, as it often is in large cities, so we parked our car and only used Uber, Bolt and Blue car services."

"The executive room was modern, luxurious, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout — except at the bar. When redeeming my wine voucher with VIP access, stuff in the bar ignored my arrival and grabbed the voucher from my hand while still on the phone. A disappointing interaction that didn’t reflect the otherwise high standards of the hotel."

"The only reason I gave 3 stars for the check-in process is because I have never experienced anything like this before. After this experience, I understand it better. The part of Bucharest where this property is located is very densely populated. More explicit pictures and a map of where the driving and building entrances are would be most helpful to the uninitiated like me. The help that I got was superb! Otherwise, the room was perfect, the kitchen well appreciated, the laundry most welcome. It was a very good place to call home for the week that I was in Bucharest. "
