"We spent 6 days in this resort. We received an upgrade upon check-in which we appreciated a lot! Room cleaning was a bit incomplete for a couple days of our stay (for example, the bathroom would not be fully cleaned). The room was spacious and had a nice view! The food is good and the restaurants are diverse, and the mini bar was great and free for us. The pools were clean and one was still being built that will be a perfect spot with a great view. The property is next to the beach, so we were happy about the location of the resort. The resort was not too busy. There was entertainment every night and the staff were helpful and friendly! We went on a tour with the help of the resort and it was fun and beautiful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"My stay at The Cardiff Hotel & Spa in Runaway Bay is a true gem. The staff was warm and attentive, making me feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with reliable amenities. The property was beautiful with some amazing views. We did not go into the pool, but I visited the beach and had a wonderful time in the water. We had breakfast at the well‑kept dining area, and it was so, so delicious; the food was 10/10. Overall, it’s a peaceful retreat with excellent service and great value. Highly recommended. 10/10 Excellent stay! They will surely see me again"

"It’s a simple hotel tucked away 10 min drive to OchoRios. The staff was friendly. Breakfast brought to your room each morning(yummy Jamacisn choices). Pool was clean, warm and a warm hot tub! I will return. I forgot my deposit when I left and hey called me, so they could return it to me:) Thank you."
