Excellent hotel with wonderful breakfast, and awesome downstairs restaurant/bar. Impeccably clean and very modern. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only one regret: the spa was still under construction and there was no swimming pool open either. I will still recommend it to anyone that want an upscale hotel in Cluj, Romania area.
My friend and I stayed for three nights in a two-bedroom shotgun style apartment. We had to call to get the front door code at check in, but someone answered right away and it only took a few minutes to get inside. The rooms were spacious, decorated with antiques, with a small kitchen and bathroom. The hotel was off a quiet street, very walkable, and in a great area. This was hands down our favorite hotel on our trip, and we really enjoyed our stay!
The check in was easy and fast. The room had a lot of amenities, was very clean, spacious and had a beautiful view. The spa was very nice. The breakfast buffet was extensive and really good. The staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. My husband and I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Thank you for everything!
Clean rooms, extremely helpful staff, gym may be small but with updated and diverse equipment for its size. Also pool and gym have a pretty amazing 360 view of the surroundings. Easy to travel everywhere and close to the city center.
I have absolutely not one single bad thing to say about this hotel. The front desk staff was super helpful, as we booked a room literally half an hour before checking in, and it was super smooth. The room and bathroom were spotless, and we had a lovely balcony as well. Very quiet area and hotel. They also have a communal balcony from which to admire the city of Cluj, since the hotel is on a hill a bit outside the city center. Excellent bedding ansld toiletries, as well as the breakfast. Free...

The staff of the apartnox were excellent . I even thought my husband and I were the only guest at the hotel because the attention they paid us was so phenomenal. Stood there 10 days and had the most pleasant stay thus far . Highly recommend .
