"The staff was kind and helpful and always welcoming. The only criticism I have is silly, really. The bath towels were too large. They were heavy and didn’t need to be so gigantic. That is the only thing I could say could be improved. It was clean, the staff was accommodating and very attentive and overall the hotel is just beautiful. We had room service two nights and it was lovely if I went to Budapest I would stay there again"

"Excellent hotel all around. The location is ideal, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was very good, wide selection, including excellent middle eastern options. The concierge was very helpful to help make restaurant reservations, and answered questions about various activities/sites. Our room was wonderful with a beautiful view of the castle.
