This place is an oasis in a busy Fes Medina area. We stayed here for a few days in July with our children. The staff were welcoming and encouraged us to treat it as our own home. The hotel is under exterior renovation, but inside is spotless. Our room was quite spacious and very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants/bars. The busiest street is within walking distance distance. The nice shopping mall is also within walking distance. It has no parking, though. Staff can direct you to free night parking on the street.

The location is excellent, not in the Medina where you get lost, but right next to it with clear signs that lead you to the door, and very close to the Blue Gate.
