The cleaning person Imane was very nice and made sure that everything is clean in my room she is the MVP of this hotel.
Children loved it. We did have an unfortunate situation with windy doors where our daughters face went through a glass panel of a door because of the strong wind. It was completely happenstance though. The clown, other children, playground and man on stilts were a highlight (and the children loved the pool although it was a little chilly at this time of the year for swimming). Thanks!
I never would have dreamed such an amazing space would exist and we would have an opportunity to stay in a ancient Governor's Villa. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The traditional suite was just gorgeous. The tub was actually luxurious and the breakfast in the living room was delightful. It is a destination spot for sure. If food was served throughout the day, we could have just stayed in the Villa for days.
This riad is in a great location, amazing views from roof terrace, comfy beds, beautiful rooms, great substantial breakfast, and the staff is efficient and friendly...and they answered all our questions with a smile. Wifi works and our check in was fast. We were served tea and cookies upon arrival...it was a great way to start our stay.

Very clean resort. Very, very friendly staff. Nice ambience, in and out. Only criticism is that it is too far from major cities such as Casablanca and Marakech. Shuttle to Casablanca runs only on Sundays and Thursdays.

This hotel is fantastic—great views, spotless rooms, and all the essential amenities like hot water, AC, and fresh bed linens. The staff is incredibly friendly, with "Fadil" standing out for being especially helpful and welcoming, which made our experience even better.
