The hotel is great. Rooms are big modern and clean, the view of the lake is fantastic , and the staff is excellent. It is however a bit of a walking and 15 min of public transport to go to Zurich so may not be the most convenient place to stay if you want to spend a lot of time in Zurich..
Rooms were excellent and spacious with a sitting area. Shower was very large and water pressure was great. Only drawback was that pillows were to thick and difficult to sleep with. Great location and walking distance to mall and restaurants

We had a very agreeable stay. The staff were especially knowledgeable and helpful. The area of the hotel known as "Hermann's Wohnzimmer" was a very pleasant place to sit and work with a laptop. The location is a little bit away from the touristy areas, which for us was ideal.

This hotel is conveniently next to the airport with a connecting walkway. But it’s unlike any airport hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It’s super clean and stylish - reminded me of a fancy tech campus - surrounded by posh restaurants and work spaces. The park (circle) is walkable and the view at the top is pretty.

Great to have a tram stop right in front, but also was an easy and beautiful walk over the footbridge crossing the Limmat and through the Platzspitz park to the Hauptbahnhof. The views of the Limmat and the industrial quarter all the way to Uetilberg from our 6th floor windows were really stellar! We liked being able to open the big window for some fresh Spring air! The hotel is very clean and the beds were very comfortable. This property is right where you want to be if you want to shopping, yet it is also very quiet. There are so many places to eat and shop. We spent hours just walking by the river and seeing the sights. We would definitely stay here again
My husband and I spent 6 nights here last week. wE were here for a conference in the Technopark which is literally across the street from the hotel.Our room was fairly spacious and cery clean, very nice walk in shower.A mini-fridge is included which is good. The staff were extremely nice --from the front desk staff who uniformly were wonderful to the waiters and bar staff to the housekeeping staff. I really couldn't ask for any more from the staff.
