The staff and the property was amazing. Once I walked onto the Riad, I had a warm welcome and from then on, I felt like the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond for me. They went from picking me up from the park area to even packing me a take away breakfast! The spa was great as well. I felt relaxed the whole entire time.
We had a beautiful stay at Riad Mabrouka. Our room was wonderful, the Hamman treatment was great, breakfasts were top notch and the dinner we had on our first night was memorable. The location was very near the parking area which was great for being dropped off by our driver. We spent 4 nights at Yasmine and Alex's guesthouse in Fez and we are already planning a return. They restored it 8 years ago and have impeccable taste. This Riad is lo ated i side the Medina so its advisable to call ahead 20 minutes prior to arrival so a porter can take you and your luggage directly through the maze that is the Fez medina. The hotel can book a private 4 hour tour of the medina with a local guide for $40 Euro and ask if Omar can guide for you. Well worth it! We were pleasantly surprised and so impressed with the riad. Amazing space and delicious breakfast, and most importantly staff were extremely friendly. Someone helped picked us up from the main road and carried our luggages on our way in and our way out.

We had a wonderful stay in our suite at the Riad in Fes. The staff was very helpful. They prepared a wonderful traditional Moroccan dinner for us as well as a delicious breakfast. Our suite was spacious and lovely. We would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Fes.

Staff was extremely welcoming. Khald, the very friendly manager, sent us his WhatsApp number through the website. When we wrote back that we would arrive late, he was super helpful explaining us how to get to the Riad and offering to pick us up from the nearest parking. He welcomed us with mint tea and took plenty of time to explain the Medina to us.

Riad Alasalla has a great location steps away from the Medina. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any concerns. Breakfasts are a great way to start the day on the right foot. The Riad has a beautiful vista on the terrace and lots of nice design features on the inside. We valued our time here we would recommend
