It would be nice if hotel customers could get a special price at the parking . We arrived on Monday afternoon , leaved on Wednesday morning , but had to pay parking for 3 days, that was expansive for us . Thanks.

I totally screwed up and failed to notify the hotel that I was arriving after 8, but they did an awesome job of making sure I was all set. The location is amazing and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent value.
At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. The staff were fantastic. Luis in the reception, Aroa and Diego from the bar and breakfast areas were helpful, friendly, and professional. We loved Andorra so much, we extended our stay two additional nights. We highly recommend Abba Xalet.
