When I come back to the island this is the place I will stay and highly recommend it. Excellent food right on property with top notch staff serving. Room was great! A short walk to beach, food and drinks. They also have a scooter rental and shuttle from pier to resort.
The location is very walkable to shopping,restaurants and the beach! I would definitely stay here again! The room was very clean and modernized, it was a perfect stay!!
The staff was nice at the front desk. Top floor room was assigned to me and it was all easy access to the gym and pool. I felt so much privilege staying at the room, so I thank the hotel so much for this.
Also, hotel staffs are all nice to me. They made my stay in Pattaya such a great experience. I would stay again at this hotel next time when I come back to Pattaya.
The hotel is very well located. Shopping, bars and night life is just around the hotel. Only draw back was there was no sea view and there was a little problem of ants. You had to very careful as to not leave any food outside. The rooms are excellent. Very good size. Service was very good. They had a full menu of alcoholic / non alcoholic welcome drink. We loved it. Across the hotel was a very nice massage place. Walk to the beach was only 5 min. Loved our stay.
Hotel was extremely clean and decor was visably appealing and intereating. All of the staff from the bell service, to the front desk, and food and bar staff were incredibly nice and eager to help. I don't think I met one person who didn't great me with a smile and make me feel like my questions were the most important thing to them at the moment. I Recently stayed at this property I extended my stay twice because it was so comfortable there. When I arrived construction had been completed so I did not have any of the complaints some other reviewer’s mentioned. When you visit Pattaya this hotel offers a comfortable and safe place to stay. I was looking for a quiet place and this fit the bill perfectly. Great shopping music and nightlife are less than a one block walk. Staff excellent pool quiet and great loungers
But breakfast buffet was primo--- no hoards of fat tourists swarming the food like they were never gonna eat again. And to make it happier the chef cooks your eggs and they come perfect --- not burned as in the rest of Thailand -- and delivered hot to the table by a lovely smiling server.
During my stay I made happy acquaintance with the doormen: bell captain and front desk who made my day...

It's an older hotel but in great condition. The staff is very friendly. The best is the location. It is within walking distance to walking street and surrounded by tons of massage places, restaurants, shopping malls etc. The only weak point is the breakfast - If you stay for more than a few days it becomes somewhat repetitive.
I would definitely stay there again.
From the time I checked in and was handed a nice, cool glass of orange juice while completing the check-in paperwork, to the time I needed assistance with a room refund, to the front desk helping me with a bus ticket, the staff at this hotel is very professional and in my experience went well beyond the extra mile to help make my stay more comfortable. I can't brag enough about how nice this hotel is, extremely clean lobby and room, dining room, and even the small internet section for customers...
