"Un séjour où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à la Maison Gagné. L’accueil a été exceptionnellement chaleureux et mon fils et moi nous sommes sentis comme des invités dans une maison. Nous avons très bien dormi, la chambre était confortable et le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, généreux et très complet. L’emplacement est également idéal : la plupart des endroits que nous souhaitions visiter étaient accessibles à pied en seulement 10 à 15 minutes. Ce que nous retiendrons surtout, c’est la gentillesse et l’attention que nous avons reçues tout au long de notre séjour. Merci beaucoup pour tout ! Nous espérons revenir bientôt à Tadoussac et nous choisirions sans hésiter la Maison Gagné pour un prochain séjour. ❤️"

"We had a very nice and comfortable ground floor room with a small outdoor patio with table and chairs with beautiful views overlooking the river. Loved the old world charm of the lobby and dining room and the carved wooded ducks throughout the property. We had not thought to make dinner (or breakfast) reservations when booking, and in fact had chosen the hotel because we were on a road trip and it had in-house dining. However, we arrived at 5:30 just as 2 large bus loads of tourists were checking in, and were initially told that the dining room was fully booked. But upon checking, they were able to give us an 8:30 reservation. Much later than we would have liked, but we were too tired to get back in the car to seek out somewhere else and were really looking forward to the hotel dining room having read many good reviews. It was worth the wait as our dinner was superb. Tough getting a breakfast reservation as well, but we did get in at the opening time of 7:00 a.m. and enjoyed a very good breakfast as well. Would recommend this hotel, but do make meal reservations well in advance of arrival!"

"Stayed for two days with my husband. Very close to the marina and little town. Very clean. The bed was not super comfortable, but for 2 days, it was fine. The restaurant staff were kind and let us warm up the food we brought for ourselves in their microwave. It was overall a good experience. I only had one small issue when checking out. We needed to leave by 6:30 am so I did the online checkout. There was nowhere to place the key card that early, even though the email mentions to leave it at the reception. I could also see someone sitting inside but the door was locked. Even though I knocked loudly , I was ignored. I tried for 10 minutes and decided to leave the key card in the room."
