"Nice room, cutrains were a bit off their rod. Adjusting the temp of the room was difficult. It was very warm when i got in, too warm for sleeping. The thermostat was confusing/difficult to adjust. We got in very late feom a flight and I didnt have the patience to fight with it. Other than that, the bed was amazing."

"Timely airport shuttle. Fire alarm went off in early morning. After getting up a second time, too late for breakfast and the restaurant onsite was also closed. Limited breakfast options at snack bar. Staff friendly. Limited amenities in room. "

"The shuttle worked out fine-the hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport,the shuttle access is at door #8 on the top level at Trudeau. The room was clean with a seperate area for the shower/toilet and sink,which was nice. Surprisingly quiet,being fairly close to the airport-the only improvement would be getting the water a bit hotter for the shower-it was warm but not hot. Staff was great,we had no issues checking in & out. Very well priced and perfect for a layover.."

""I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The property feels quite rundown and is in need of some serious maintenance and modernizing to meet basic standards. The biggest issue, however, was the noise. My room faced the highway, and the traffic noise was constant and very loud throughout the night. It felt like there was little to no soundproofing, making it very difficult to get a good night's rest. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are a light sleeper or looking for a well-maintained room." "

"It was advertised that it had a 24 hour deli and bar and there was none of that. The girl work I front desk( I can’t remember her name) was so nice that she made it better"

"Rooms were crisp and clean, restaurant was fantastic (especially with complimentary happy hour drinks) breakfast was phenomenal and location was easily walkable for shopping and dining. Staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again."
