Always nice folks!

Had concern about cool temperature of the room. Hotel staff provided a space heater and extra blankets, which made our stay pleasant.

Excellent stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and addressed any requests very quickly.

The property was very well maintained. The room was very clean. The staff is wonderful. Good breakfast. Will definetly staff again.

Quiet, comfortable stay.

Loved the ground floor room with the sliding patio door for staying with my dog. There was a large field for walking your dog adjacent to the parking lot. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and maintained.

Huge room; exceptionally clean, cordial and knowledgeable and kind staff, awesome parking lot, great complimentary breakfast, fabulous restaurant recommendation for dinner. I don’t know how they found people this good.

We were in London to attend Sunfest for a couple days, so just an overnight stay at the boutique Hotel Metro. We arrived early evening, parked in the loading zone near the entrance. Check-in was easy. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Once we had our room number and understood the keyless entry, we unloaded our car into our room. Then parked across the street in the Covent Garden Market parking garage for just $C17 that was good for 24 hours. Be aware that entry to the parking...

The hotel is new. The only take away we had was the tub was slippery. Because it was new. Other than that 5 star all the way.

Great personal. Helped us when we checked in even though they were remodeling.

Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. Bummer they didn’t have breakfast but there was a restaurant right next door.

I just loved my stay at Idlewyld Inn! My room was wonderful and welcoming, the bed was comfy, the staff were great, the breakfast buffet was delicious! I'll be back!!

We arrived after a long day. Check in was quick and staff (sorry I was so tired I didn’t catch his name) was so friendly and made us laugh. The room was great! It was clean and spacious. Free breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff was friendly and helpful!
