Let me preface review by saying - i do not ever stay at Days Inn-due to the most horrible hotel experiences I have had was at Days Inn - looking at you Cleveland Airport - rated 2nd worse in country a few years back. I travel frequently so I avoid this chain.
But I took a huge chance & stayed here because I needed hotel nearby for a fishing trip. I was pleasantly surprised. Good budget hotel Very helpful, kind staff..clean room. Hot water. A nice bar - where girl even gave us free chicken...
This house has character, making it feel more like a home than a hotel. The staff was great and very helpful.
The only negative thing was that I think the house is undergoing renovations, so it either feels like a construction zone, or like it was once a great hotel that is now crumbling. But I didn't mind that and enjoyed my stay.
Rooms were very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, so many options to choose from that would suit anyone’s needs!
I really enjoy this stop. It's perfect if you're traveling between Montreal and QC. Perhaps taking some time for Trois Rivieres. It's the third time I've stayed here. Comfortable bed. Plenty of basic amenities. Great restaurant and services around the traffic circle.
