"Everything was great, staff, hotel, but the VIP reward should be canceled since most of the hotels i stayed will give you a free alcoholic drink or a bottle of wine. This hotel declined so this is my only negative comment."

"This hotel has clean and nice rooms and it’s located in a good area. I appreciated having plenty of hot water and strong water pressure from the shower every day, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative was that my room was on floor 1 and I heard a lot of street noise in the morning, but that is not the hotel’s fault as cdmx is a busy and loud city. "

"The hotel is not a place that you should stay for more than one night. I’m glad that I only did one night. Floor is very dirty, WiFi spotty. Have to leave your ID in order to get the AC remote. There were flies in my room. I had no food or refrigerator to even store food. So I’m not sure why there were flies. Overall, poor place to stay. "
